III. General Provisions
Article 3. The Website and the services offered through it operate under the rules described in the General Terms and Conditions.
Article 4. The Provider does not guarantee the continuous operation of the Website or that it does not contain errors.
Article 5. The Provider reserves the right to interrupt access to specific material (including, but not limited to: photos, texts, and others) published on the Website or to the entire Website, without the User’s consent, for an unlimited period of time, planned or incidental, without assuming responsibility for any damages that may occur as a result of the interruption.
Article 6. The Provider reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the structure or content of the Website. The changes take effect immediately upon their publication on the Website.
IV. Characteristics of the Service
Article 7. The main characteristics of the services provided to Users by the Provider through the Website, hereinafter referred to as “Services,” are as follows:
The Provider offers the opportunity to view and share content published on the Website. The Provider provides information about itself, its team, the services it provides, current offers, informational articles, contacts, presentation of its clients and partners, and others.
The Provider provides the opportunity to make phone calls through functional buttons on the Website.
The Provider provides the opportunity to generate property registrations through functional inquiry forms on the Website. The User should fill in the fields specified by the Provider and select the Submit button. When using this service, Users should be aware that, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the use of this service does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Provider. In other words, sending an inquiry by email does not create an obligation for the Provider to provide a specific service, and it does not establish contractual (obligation) relations between the Provider and the User. It should be considered that the respective User, who sent an inquiry by email to the Provider, has entered into a contract with the Provider to perform the given service only upon receiving confirmation from the Provider in this regard. The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the time within which such a response will be provided.
The Provider provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through the User’s email client, using functional links from the Website. For this purpose, the User needs to select a specific functional link on the Website (a place where the Provider’s email address is written, and it can be “clicked” on), and the User’s device should open a new window for composing a message from the email client embedded on the device. The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the time within which such a response will be provided.
The Provider provides the opportunity to redirect (link) the User to business profiles of the Provider on social networks, profiles, and web pages of its partners, clients, and others. The Provider provides this opportunity to facilitate Users, without taking responsibility for the content of the profiles and web pages to which the option to redirect is provided and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to the profiles and pages to which the option to redirect is provided, unless expressly stated otherwise.
V. Intellectual Property Rights
Article 8. (1) All information published on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, photos, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is used by the latter on a legal basis and is protected by the current legislation on the protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights.
(2) The Provider reserves all rights specified in the preceding paragraph.
(3) The use of information specified in paragraph 1 of this article, including but not limited to: copying, modifying, reproducing, without the consent and permission of the Provider or the respective rights holder of intellectual property, except in expressly specified cases in the law, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the rights of the Provider over intellectual property or those of the respective holder, in case it is different from the Provider.
Article 9. The Website may contain names and trademarks of products, services, or individuals that represent or may represent trademarks owned by the Provider or third parties. Access to the Website, as well as anything in these General Terms and Conditions or the rest of the content of the Website, should not be understood and/or interpreted as, and does not constitute the granting of a license or the right to use any such trademark without the prior written consent of the Provider or the respective third party – owner of the object of intellectual property in question.
Article 10. (1) The information and materials available on the Website (including but not limited to articles, images, messages, and others) are informative, general, and abstract in nature and should not be considered, accepted, or interpreted as advice, guidance, and/or consultation provided by the Provider to any of the Users of the Website.
(2) The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, and/or timeliness of the information and materials available on and/or through the Website, for any reason whatsoever, nor for their applicability to a specific factual situation.
(3) The Provider assumes no property and/or non-property liability for the content of the Website, nor does it respond to damages suffered by any User and/or third party in connection with the use of the Website and/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to a specific situation (e.g., the User taking specific actions based on information posted on the Website).
Article 11. The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions will not lead to the invalidity of the entire agreement.
Article 12. These General Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users as of 23.02.2023.
Article 13. The General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, and each change to the General Terms and Conditions becomes effective for Users without the need for explicit notification to them.
Article 14. By using (including but not limited to browsing, clicking on links, entering information, and others) the Website and the information therein, the User expresses unconditional agreement with the General Terms and Conditions and all subsequent changes to them, as well as the acknowledgment that they are bound by them and will comply with them.
